How long does it take for an order to ship?

Depending on your location, orders should be shipped within 2-7 business days after order confirmation.

Can I choose the delivery time?

Currently, we do not offer a service to choose the delivery time. However, the shipping company’s representative will contact you to agree on a suitable delivery date.

What if my order does not arrive at the agreed time?

Are there any fees for re-delivery?

If delivery fails twice because you were unavailable, a re-delivery fee will be charged.

What do I do if I miss receiving my order?

A courier representative will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

You can exchange your order for free within 14 days of purchase (terms and conditions apply).

Can I choose to have my order delivered on weekends?

Deliveries are made on weekdays and Saturdays. Fridays and public holidays are excluded.
